Description: Inspired by the Shaker movement's emphasis on simplicity, this pretty sampler celebrates the timeless appeal of keepsake quilt blocks. We cross stitched our design with Gentle Art's Simply Shaker Sampler Threads over two fabric threads on Antique White Cashel Linen (28 count) and had it custom framed. The gentle tone-on-tone coloration of the Sampler Threads helps give a vintage-look to the needlework and lets the stitcher create subtle shading without the sharp contrast of variegated threads and without needing to use multiple tones of a thread color. We've also provided DMC substitutes for the Sampler Threads.
