This book is fabulous--couldn't wait to make all of them, but have completed one so far. I always love Leisure Arts products. They are always clear and complete.

  3. A real bargain

Posted by Unknown on 8th Oct 2013

I have to admit, I got this on sale and at first this is the reason I bought it. I usually don't buy patterns books, but when I saw the patterns in this and the instructions in the back, I really thought I got a bargain. The cowls are very nice and versatile, and the general instructions in the back would be very useful for someone trying the patterns for the first time.

  4. Good job

Nice collection of cowls to knit. Good color choices. Love the fact it is ebook and I don't have to find room to keep another shelf book.

  5. Not for beginners

Posted by Sue De Vries-Cleveland on 8th Oct 2013

Love the styles. Definitely not for beginners. I have been knitting since I was 10 years old, that's . . . a lot of years ago and the pattern was somewhat difficult to follow. Of course, I did the most difficult one in the book. a schematic would have help just a little. Love that fact that it is on my tablet and travels without wrinkling. Oh yea, and I got it on sale!

  6. Great Knit Cowls

Posted by Denise Hinckley on 7th Oct 2013

Just in time for my Holiday knitting. This book has some really great knit cowl patterns. Fast and easy to knit, these will help me get through my Christmas gift list in no time.

  7. So Many Different Cowls

Posted by Christine Kent on 5th Oct 2013

I like most of the cowls in this book and it is great to print out only what is needed.

  8. Take A Chance On The Beauty You Will Find On These Pages!!

Posted by Jessie on 5th Oct 2013

I purchased the book for the cover cowl. I didn't like any of the others or so I thought. Then I began searching for a cowl I could make for an elderly friend. The book is filled with cowls for all ages and all stations in life. I'm glad I took the chance and bought the book.

  9. Unusual patterns

Posted by Linda Murphy on 26th Dec 2012

I absolutely love the patterns in this book! But even more, Leisure Arts has done a fantastic job in laying out the patterns with space between rows, describing and illustrating stitches, including yarn weight numbers and listing in the back the yarns used in illustrations. Best of all, I didn't have to pay $20 or more to get the one pattern that grabs my attention. I think I'll be making all of these as I do like them.
