Artist Trading Cards, or A.T.C.s, are a popular way to exhibit scrapbooking skills on a smaller scale. The cards are made by decorating 2 1/2" x 3 1/2" playing cards with papercrafting embellishments. You can display completed cards or trade them with other scrapbooking enthusiasts. Check on the Internet or at your local scrapbook store to join in the trading fun.

Designer Patti Norrish says: "I have been using a new product called Fini. I use this product in place of water when watering down paint for washes or wetting my brush before loading with paint to basecoat or sideload. I dip my brush into a small shot glass filled with Fini. I still wash my brush between colours in my regular basin of water. This product allows the pigment to stay in its purest form, resulting in a brighter, crisper sideload, where water tends to wash the pigment out." For information about Fini, call SPC at 1-866-957-1841 or check your local Folk Art paint retailer.
