- I enjoyed this pattern
This afghan was easy and beautiful. You will probably be inspired to make more in different color combinations. I found that leaving a length of yarn for fringe at the end of each row left s rather odd fringe problem. I wish I had carried the color up the side and woven the end in so making the fringe did not involve incorporating the yarn from the row ends.
When I saw this pattern, I just HAD to purchase it. I was fascinated by the checkerboard pattern. I love the look of this and I bet it's going to be a real treat come winter here in Indiana---especially if it's anything like this past hateful winter! It seemed to last FOREVER! Thank you for this wonderful looking pattern. Can't wait to get started on it!
