Description: In graduated sizes to meet all your holiday needs, these thread crochet angels will bring peaceful beauty to your Christmas tree, wreaths, and other decorations. They also can stand up in tabletop arrangements, and the largest one is just right for topping the tree. Each angel is crocheted using bedspread weight cotton thread (size 10) and a steel crochet hook (we suggest size 8 or 9). The heads are worked in rounds and stuffed. The angels are shaped using liquid fabric stiffener or homemade sugar starch (instructions included).

Overall, a very good pattern for one of the nicest Christmas tree angels I've ever seen. I suspect there may be an error on Row 3 or 4, but it's a minor goof that most people with some experience can figure out. I wouldn't recommend this pattern to a rank beginner, though. I really like the variety of different sizes you can make with this pattern, and it worked up fast for me--and I crochet slow!
- Adding the personal touch to Christmas!
This pattern offers a range of sizes for the angel so even the smallest tree (maybe a baby one in a pot like my daughter's) can be adorned with an elegant and simple design which adds a truly personal touch to any Christmas tree.
