The winner of each category and grand prize will be selected by a panel of judges under the supervision of Leisure Arts. Prizes awarded on or before November 14, 2009. The winners will receive the prizes from Leisure Arts. Prize is non-assignable and non-transferable. No exchange or substitution of prize except at discretion of sponsors. All federal, state, and local income taxes on prize are the responsibility of the prize winner. Any winner who cannot be easily reached through their Flickr Account from which photos were posted will forfeit prize.
